We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work as our Estee Lauder Counter Manager  to cover while our counter manager is on maternity leave. 

To succeed in this position you must have a passion for the beauty industry, strong business acumen with commitment to achieve sales targets, the ability to lead and develop your team, excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Beauty & fragrance retail sales
• Stock control and merchandising
• Customer database management
• Promotional events & product launches
• Support of Life Pharmacy Central Office initiatives
• Beauty room treatments (facials) and make-up applications

This is a full-time position requiring working during weekends and public holidays (Wed-Sun )
